When you see me, you'll see a cute, playful, sweet little boy. I love kitten toys, I love to cuddle and I love to follow my foster mom around the house chatting with her.

But what you don't see is my story and how strong I am.

When North Texas Cat Rescue, helped me and my brother Patton, we traveled quite a distance. We were lovely boys and knew that we would be safe and loved for the rest of our lives. What no one knew is that we were extremely sick. Within three days we were fighting for our lives.  My brother Patton was too sick.  He worked hard but the vet said that he was in so much pain. My foster mom tried everything she could but he didn't make it.  That made us both very sad.  I didn't like being left alone so she and I spent a lot of time together.  I couldn't eat on my own and I even struggled to get up and walk to the litter box so I needed help with that too.  My foster mom and I spent a lot of time talking about how if I kept fighting, and kept eating, I'd make it and find a forever home. That's when my foster mom saw a lady bug sitting nearby and knew I'd be just fine.

So here I am!  I am healthy and thriving.  I am funny.  I have been around kids, other cats and a dog.  Since, I had a little extra attention while I was sick, I am a little bit spoiled (but in a good way).  I'll need a playmate.  It would be great if you have another kitten close to my age, but if not, I'll need someone to spend playtime with me every day.  My foster mom thinks I'd do best in a high energy home, but would do well in any home.
