Attention NTCR Community We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Let me tell you my story.
My brother Jack and I ended up in a very dreadful place (SHELTER) and were labeled " feral". Can you believe that!
But fortunately for us our foster Mom knew better... she knew we were just scared and paralyzed by fear.
It took lots of TLC and one on one handling to convince us people are just fine and can be trusted. I, now, totally love to be petted and talked to. I am the "little clown" of the bunch:
I love to play chase with my brother, we roll on the floor and carry our toys around like trophies!
Joker and I are very bonded: we groom each other, we sleep side by side and we play together so if you are looking for 2 outgoing fellows look no more! We are it!
I have great litter box habits and use my scratcher very well.
So no need to de-claw me ..... brrr... just the idea of it sends chills through my spine....
