Hello, my name is Iris and I was rescued from a shelter with my 5 babies when they were only a day old.  I am a great mommy and I willingly took on two younger foster kitties who didn't even have their eyes opened! I am very easygoing, gentle, and I love affection and attention! I purr almost non-stop because I am so happy all the time.  My foster mom says I'm doing a perfect job taking care of my babies, and that I'm the most loving, appreciative, and calm kitty ever!  Because I am still nursing, my foster mommy won't let me around other cats or her dog so I don't know yet if I'm okay with other animals.  If my foster mommy were to guess, she'd say yes because I'm so easy going and mellow.  I am okay with older children and I tolerate other cats and dogs. I may be best as an only cat. My babies are now grown and I am be ready for my forever home. I will make a wonderful loving and gentle companion for you!
