Meet the beautiful Cecelia!  A one year old tortoiseshell siamese kitty.  She loves attention like a true queen of the house.  This pretty lady came to NTCR all the way from a shelter in Graham, TX as an owner surrender.  She was surrendered with her three little orange baby boys.  Now that she has been spayed, she is all set to find her permanete residence.  Cecelia makes the cutest little dove cooing noises.  She needs a slow introduction to other cats, but will warm up to them after a little bit of time.  She is still is unsure of dogs and it may be best if she is in a home without dogs.  Cecelia loves to play and likes to perch in high places, like the top of a cat tower or even above cabinets.  She can get underfoot when she's trying to get more affection, so be aware while walking around her.  She just cannot get enough love.  This blue eyed beauty is so excited to find her forever home, could it be with you?
