Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

My name is Ivy, and I'm the sweetest Torti girl. I was found pregnant in a hotel parking lot. Luckily my foster mom was able to give me a quiet home to have my babies. I was very shy at first and took some time warming up to my new place, but once I was comfortable I made myself at home. My true torti personality began to shine through after having my kittens. I've been a great mom to 5 kittens but am ready to be someone else's baby for once. I'd prefer a quiet house with older children. My favorite way to spend my time is in my cat tree or on your lap. I love watching the birds outside the window. I also don't mind being held and loved on. I'm a very affectionate girl. I'm still a young cat and have a playful side. I play and wrestle with my babies, so I might do the same with another young cat in your home, but please give me time to adapt first. I'm not a huge fan of dogs. My foster mom's dog is quite large and intimidating, but I tolerate him. I even let him socialize with my kittens. If you are looking for a sweet, affectionate lap kitty, I am your girl!
