We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Otis.

I am a gorgeous, cuddly, laid back young boy.

My foster family says that I am a lap kind of cat meaning that I love nothing more than to snuggle with you or at least next to you if I can’t get onto your lap. I enjoy being pet on my cheeks the most but I will settle for anywhere. My chirps and meows are my indication to you that I am enjoying your attention and want more. If you are busy and unable to pet me at that moment in time, I like to sit on the top of the cat tree and watch you do whatever you are doing. In my foster home, I like to sit and watch my foster family play video games while I wait for your time for cuddles.

Toys are new to me and took me a little while to understand what they were for, but I am slowly figuring it out. I like toys that I can bat and chase like these amazing springs and crinkle balls. I am sure there are plenty more for me to discover.
