We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello my name is Hopkins. I am an affectionate, playful, sweet boy. Have you heard of this thing called catnip? It is absolutely wonderful. I do have to say that my favorite toys to play with are those that contain catnip. When I am not playing with the catnip mice in my foster home, I love to be helping you with whatever you are doing, whether that is watching tv, reading a book or playing video games. I will let you know that I am here to help with my pitiful meow. 

I was adopted from North Texas Cat Rescue when I was a kitten with my brother, Berkeley. However, due to no fault of our own, we were returned into the loving care of our foster family. My brother and I’s whole world was turned upside down and we had no clue what was going on. The only consistent part of my life has been my brother so for our well-being we must be adopted together. Are you ready to add this dynamic duo into your family?
