Attention NTCR Community We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hi world I am Magali.
I came all the way from a tiny rural texan shelter along with my brother Marius and several kitties. We had been kept in cages for quite a long period of time so we ere not very well socialized. After spending time in my foster home I have learned to play and trust my foster Mom. I am a happy girl and will just need a little time to get used to my new family.
I totally love toys, I can be seen carrying little balls of paper or a little mouse ( the toy of course) throw it in the air and catch it with total accuracy. I have to be in the middle of everything and ABSOLUTELY need to explore every little nook in my foster home. I am always on the move and will lay beside my foster Mom on the sofa. I am not too keen on being carried around but will enjoy being near my human.
I have great scratching and bathroom habits.
