Tobias and his 3 sisters were rescued from the shelter in Edinburg. He is super sweet, playful, and cuddly. He loves to be with his foster mom and brother, and all the other foster kitties in his home. He has excellent litter box habits and uses his scratching post like a champ. He would do well in a home with other cats or with kids.
