We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Honey Bear gets her name from her rich color and her sweet, mellow personality.  She's a curious girl who loves to watch out the window or the activities going on in the house while she's waiting to be acknowledged for some petting time (even belly rubs).  She's very quiet but has a lot of play left in her ready to bust out when she finds the right toy or person to play with.  She hasn't really made friends with the furries at her foster home but they don't bother her so I think she'll do fine in any home that has time to give her attention.

She's made the long trip from Amarillo just to find that purrfect new home to hang in - could that be with you?
