Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

I am Norfolk -  named for one of the most famous Duke of England!  I am a very handsome light brown tabby fellow, that can give you a sweet look, but I am mighty just the same. I did get the name Norfolk because when were were tiny, I was obviously the leader.   My whole family enjoys purring and climbing and purring...I mean, we are kittens.  Once we are done playing and eating, I enjoy cuddling up next to a human for a good nap.  Last night I actually fell asleep holding foster mom's (FM) hand!  Cute, right? The whole bunch of us are very friendly to visitors that come to foster mom's house - we have never met a stranger.  FM says this means we should adapt well in our forever homes. Because I am young and fairly active, I really need to be adopted with one of my brothers or another kitten that will play with me.  Are you ready for excitement and cuddles?
