Tigger is a compact little guy that will stop by for a quick hello a few times a day. He's known to make some occasional biscuits on his foster dad's belly and is always up for a treat. Tigger would be good in a home with older kiddos, seems okay with pups, and is socialized to household noises. He's ready for adoption if you are!  

Rescue Background: Tigger was born in a foster mama's backyard to a neighborhood cat and has been taken care of by NCTR since birth.
