We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Wendy.  I am an affectionate, loving, petite young girl.  I have never met a stranger and wish to be everybody's friend whether they have 2 legs, 4 legs or any number.  I came to Dallas with my young family and I have been told on numerous occasions that I am an excellent mother.  I gave everything I had to make sure my babies had full bellies and now we are all ready to find our own families.  I LOVE to be around people, even if it just being near you while you do your chores, however sometimes I lie in apparently the "wrong" places, how can that be?  At night time, I can be found curled up on your bed, purring away.  My focus has been on my family but now I am being to show my own personality.  I am beginning to play with toys and my favorite ones are the ones with catnip in, they are just fantastic !!!!!!  I also like to play chase and tag with the other cats in my foster home, I am getting better at this game.  I know I still have plenty of toys and games to discover, will you help me?  Are you ready to add the  loving me to your family?
