We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

"Double the toes equals double the fun!" That's my motto. I'm Eleanor (named after the car in Gone in 60 Seconds) because I'm a rarity- a four-footed polydactyl kitty. I make human friends really easily since I love to talk to you, follow you, and get into whatever you are doing. With other kitties, I love to play and chase. I REALLY need a playful friend in my new home to keep me busy. I eventually became friends with the dog at my foster home and play with him now, but it did take some time to get used to him. I like kids too, but sometimes I forget to play gentle, so older kids are probably best with me. When I'm done playing, I like nothing better than to curl up on your lap or shoulder and give you some kisses and purrs. Foster mom says I'm a very sweet and entertaining girl, I always use my litter box and scratching posts, and I'm used to weekly nail trims. I would make a sweet and entertaining addition to your family.
