Diesel is one of the best cats EVER! You’ll be the luckiest home if he picks you as his forever home. He did have what he thought was a forever home, and it would have been, but his mom is really very sick and can no longer care for him. NTCR is helping him find a new forever home. Diesel is a gorgeous cat! He is a dark red tabby with icy green eyes. Not only is he super handsome, but he's incredibly sweet and gentle. From the moment you touch him, he just purrs. He loves being held and cuddling. He’s playful, which is good because he’s overweight. His foster mom is working on getting his diet in check and making sure he gets daily playtime, so he can lose a few pounds. He’s great with cats, dogs and kids. His best friend in his home was a large dog named Ben who also pictured in Diesel’s profile. If you’d consider adopting Ben, we can put you in contact with his rescue. Diesel has excellent litter box manners, but because he’s so big, he needs an extra-large litter box. He’s also got great scratching post manners.
