Hello, my name is Philip.  I am a loving, goofy, affectionate handsome young boy.  I am not the smartest among my siblings, but I make up for it by being a huge source of laughter for everyone and I am extremely cute.  I have not figured out that I can not go through any opening that is smaller than me, I guess I will figure it out eventually.  My favorite toys are the ones that bounce, I love to chase them.  My favorite place is with you, whether you are on the move or sat down.  If you are sat down then I will tell you that I am in need of lots of love.  I would love to go home with one of my siblings, however if you have a young and playful cat at home that could work too.  I do great with children of all ages, cats and dogs.  I have amazing litter box manners and scratching post habits.  Are you ready to add a member of the Royal family to your family?
