We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Persephone. I am a very sweet social young lady. I was adopted and thought I had my purrmanent home and they loved me too but now there is a baby and somehow I didn't fit in the mix. I'm back with NTCR and doing very well in my new foster home - I get along with the kitties and love head scratches, chats, brushing and watching out the window - a perch right at the window would be perfect in my new home. My first foster home had dogs and I'd did fine with them too but I'd be okay with just humans in the house too - I'm a pretty independent gal.

I use my litter box well and love my scratching post.
